Anytime you want. Just make sure to dress the rabbit as soon as the kill. Preferably in the field while it is still fresh. Store in the refrigerator and cook as soon as possible.
The refrigerator makes life easier because food spoils. A person can cook a lot of one type of food at one time and put the excess in the refrigerator. Then the person can remove part of the food from the refrigerator and eat it without needing to cook it. Thus, a person, who hates to cook, can even cook once or twice a week and use the refrigerator the rest of the time.
WHAT? Do you mean 'my ham is about a year old and it was kept frozen. Is it ok to cook?' And if that was, NO.
This depends on how fresh it was when you got it. If it smelled like fish when you got it, it was already on its way out. If it smelled fresh, neutral, or even slightly sweet when you got it, you have some time. I have kept fresh tilapia sealed in the refrigerator for 5 days. At that point, it begins to degrade more quickly, but you should still be able to cook it for another 2 days if you got it very fresh. Bottom line: if it smells fine, it is. If it smells like you don't want your kitchen to smell, it is time to discard it.
No,let it get to room Temperture it will cook more evenly.
