No games must be saved from actually playing on that PS3 and into the memory card that you build into the PS3 hdd. You can not then download these into a USB port. Nothing from games HDD section can be downloaded to the USB port and used in another console.
If you mean the usb port and a USB memorry card holder the PS3 does not allow the USB ports to download from the game section of the PS3.
