yes, you can create familes in sims 2 pets. you can create families 2 ways. for humans: get two adults in a bed and make them relax. then while playing as one of the adults, choose the other adult. one of the options will be try for baby. after that, it's all up to the computer. for pets: the same as human sims. or when you go to create the family at the neighborhood screen you can create a baby if ou have two adults. hope this helps!

Well of course you can create families! That feature will never go, regardless of what happens.
