yes, there is a cure, though i don't recal what... Fortunately leprosy is a curable disease. It is curable with MDT (multidrug therapy). Taking Dapsone and Clofimine together is one treatment. If you or someone you know has or suspects they have leprosy, you should go to your doctor for advice and help.

∙ 16y agoantibiotics are used first to get rid of organisms, such as,dapsone,rifampicin,and clofazmine. How it's cured depends on the type and how severea person has it. This may be a combination of two or three antibiotics,given over a length of time(may take years to cure)

well i do know =) in developed countries they have certain pills the most common being dapsone, rifampin, and clofaximine. but there are no vaccines to help treat leprosy.
