There are no nonverbal signs exclusive to lying. Body language, at it's most basic, can only tell you how comfortable a person is. When a person lies they typically show signs of distress however it is impossible for the observer to accurately conclude that those stress signs are as a result of deception. In order to figure out if the person is lying you must take numerous variables, other than body language, into consideration; that persons typical behaviour, that persons current emotional state, that persons opinion of the subject, that persons personality etc. There are dozens of these variables.
Some people have a natural ability at compiling these variables and can accurately predict if a person is lying (see "Wizards Project").
It is, however, possible to tell if a person is hiding their true emotions through observing slight facial expressions.
See "Telling Lies" by Dr. Paul Ekman for more information.
Body language can offer clues that someone may be lying, but it is not a foolproof method. Signs like avoiding eye contact, fidgeting, or changes in vocal tone can indicate deception, but they do not definitively prove lying. It is important to consider other factors and not rely solely on body language to determine if someone is being honest.

Additionally, language can be misused through bullying, coercion, or inciting violence or hatred.
Whistling in body language can indicate relaxation, confidence or nonchalance. It may also be a way to show indifference or boredom in a situation.
Body language is a huge part
Contrary to popular belief there are no common signs to detecting deception through body language. Body language is used to measure comfort levels, lying often causes the person to show signs of stress. Obviously if you observe someone looking stressed that doesn't mean they're lying To determine if someone is lying you must understand how that person thinks, what is going on their lives, what is their opinion on the subject, what is their opinion of you etc. Body Language is just one of many factor you need to consider.
It all depends on what person your dealing with.
You can detect if someone is lying is if they do not look into your eyes when they are talking to you about stuff. However if thelier is good at acting then all you could do is catch them in what ever they are lying about.
