Yes! You can search for information that will give engine codes. I have been able to find them by searching vin codes. The vin will tell the trim package that the vehicle came with as well. Depending on the age of the vehicle, this information may be very hard to find though.
the engines serial number should match that of the cars
The private seller of my son's NISSAN Altima 2002 2.5 recently replaced the car's engine (under three month warranty). He mentioned the engine came from a 2005 NISSAN Altima, but we have reasons to believe the information is incorrect. The engine serial number is 4319 32Z QR25. Could you help us find the vehicle model and year it came from? Thank you, Enrique
Miroku was making shotguns for different firearms Companies before Browning came along. Charles Daly was one of their biggest customers for shotguns. More info is needed to determine which gun you have. This is not a Browning serial number.
By running the vins and serial numbers on the VORTEC engine its self and going to the DMV you might have to pay them $50 but it will give you basically all the information on it! (:
You'll find the serial number clearly printed either on the CD or in the box it came in when you bought it.
i am not sure that's why i came to answers.com.
Have vehicle scanned to determine the problem
Look on the package it came in
Have vehicle scanned at auto parts store or garage to determine the problem
If you read the Manual that came with the purchased copy of Flash then you would be able to find the serial number of the software.
Colt detective specials only came out around 1927 with a starting serial #331000 and that serial number 34115 implies a date of 1910 for a police positive special. If there is a letter preceding or after the serial number then it's after 1970.
You would have to call the dealership it came from in order to get the code, tell them the serial number and they'll be able to look it up.
