That is a ridiculous statement. Getting your bellybutton pierced can not kill you!
No, it is not a ridiculous statement. An infected piercing, an infected tattoo, or any infection, can possibly lead to death. It is the germs that are dangerous, not the damage done to flesh.
Let's qualify the above statements
All the above statements are true
Common sense and using you head will result in you getting a piercing that will last a life time. See a professional body piercer and listen and be patient with the aftercare and healing your piercing is going to require. If you have issues see your piercer without delay and for the love of Pete stay away from stupid answers on the internet. If in doubt see your piercer or your doctor, use that common sense and everything will be fine. But leave body piercing for the professionals. The above statements are also true.
I dont kow if it can kill you, but if it becomes infected, you could get blood poisoning. Its nothing to worry about as it happens very rarely, but in order to prevent blood poisoning, clean the percing 3 times a day. Also, when you change the bar, make sure you wash it in some sort of dis infectant e.g. savlon solution, to make sure that it's sterilized and doesnt get infected.
No, it cannot.
No.
no i know this because my grandad had the center of his belly button cut of when he was a child and he is still with us.
Yes you can
He died in a tragic accident.
I'm 11 weeks pregnant and my belly button has started to get firmer. My belly is also firmer and fuller, which is normal. My belly button is also a bit sore at times...I think this is because around weeks 16-20 it will start to pop out, which is also normal. your worries.
You throw up and get a huge pain for several days in the stomach, but most likely wont die
It can, but doing so is harshly dangerous. your belly button doesn't have much skin since it once filled you up blood when your mother was pregnate. If you cut it off, you will experience uncontrolable bleeding and you probibly will die.
No, she did not.
That depends on how you die. When the aorta bursts, one way to die, the pressure is so hard that blood comes out of every orifice including the belly button.
Unlikely, although hitting a vein does increase the chance of an infection.
no you could not die by doing a belly flop.
Pierre Belly died in 1814.
