In order to disable the keypad tone on this phone follow these directions: find the main menu on your phone, select settings, phone profiles, then select normal. Those steps will take you to the incoming call ringtone. Scroll to the right until you see ñPhone Soundsî, and then scroll down to phone sound volume; turn this down. Once you have followed these steps your phone will not make any noise when it turns off or on either.
