No, the associates is a two year program of study, while the bachelor in science (BSc) is a four year program of study. Thus, the BSc is a higher level degree.
The BSc is just another abbreviation for a bachelor of science degree. Other abbreviations for the same degree are, BS, ScB, SB depending on the institution. Most US schools indicated it as a BS.

Do you mean a master of science (MS)? The prerequisite for an MS problem in the U.S. varies depending on the school and program, but in general you would need a full bachelor's degree or equivalent first.
It depends on the school the degree was obtained, the specific degree type it was taken under, and the country. It could be a BA, BS (common in the US), or AB, BAAS, BSc, SB, ScB, etc.
You don't "use" a degree - you are awarded one by a University. If you mean "will Russia recognise a BSc awarded by a US University" then that's a different question.
In the US it is rare to indicate your academic credentials unless you are in an academic setting and you have a Masters or Doctorate, or work in profession that requires it. If you do it the you put the letters BS, MS, PhD etc after your name.In Germany you only use Herr Doktor if you have a PhD, and if you have two PhDs then you are called Herr Doktor Doktor ....In Australia you typically indicate your degree after your name e.g. John Doe BSc,

MS course in US is generally of two types 1.Thesis 2. Project. Both have the equal standards but the former one is a bit easy. It is similar to the Undergraduation. But here you have credits. A min of 30 credits are required to attain your Graduation degree with in 5 years time limit. Each semester requires a min 3 subjects i.e 9 credits. You are assigned to a senior faculty and used in the thesis work by the faculty. It is the faculty who is solely responsible for your credits. Once you are in good relation with your Prof then you Ms degree is in your hand.
I'm not sure about outside the US, but I can tell you inside the US there is no associate degree that would be considered equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
It takes 4 years to get a master's degree in the United States, no matter what country you are from.
