There's egg donation where they suck the eggs out after you have been on fertility drugs and then there's Ovary donation where the doctor takes the egg from the ovary and not the ovary itself.
If you mean a doctor would remove your ovaries and implant them into another female this has not been done successfully, mainly because it's not needed. It's possible to use your eggs anyway.
