You can't put UMD games onto a PSP GO, sadly. Only ones you've bought on the PSN can go on it.

No,you have to download them.

no, because you have to download the games. the psp go doesn't come with a umd drive. But if you downloaded the games from PSN on you old psp you can go to account manager, downloads and there is a list of all games you bought from PSN which you can re-download at no cost.
