I have no Idea. I have been trying to figure this out myself. I have a mac and when I insert and open the disk on it. it is very confusing.According to a Verizon rep, because iTunes is considered a competitor to Vcast, there is not a version for the Mac, and there are no plans to introduce one.

First you have to get free music you can search up limewire. Save Limewire inshared files. When you get to the website click download. Once you download it you have to make sure you have itunes if you don't go to apple to download that. You can also put your itunes music/videos on your phone but I will show you that later. To transfer Limewire files onto itunes you have too go to file then shared files look for limwire when you find it click select the music you want to download or cover all the music in the blue thing. Right click it and press I forgot whta to do here but I will come back in a few days and put it here this is for windows. If you have Mac just do this. Simply select the downloaded song or songs (Hold Ctrl and click on each song for multiple songs) in limewire, left-click and hold and drag your cursor over the minimized itunes window at the bottom (Don't release button yet!). Then download vcast and rhapsody from verzion not separtly then afetr that it will give you insturctions how to import itunes files onto it.

The error message is caused by a file associated with vcast. If you go under task manager and close a process called memonitor.exe you will not receive the error message. I tried three times to download an album and finally came across a post on the web telling me what to do. The apple support team did not know the answer.
