Yes, you can. At Easter time, you see all the pretty painted eggs and you can crack them and eat them. Sharpie's dont go through paper, unless you leave it on there for a long time, so why would they go through an egg. But you do need to hard boil it before you start marking on them. :) Hope this helps!
