Yes. But it's not specifically the marijuana that will cause it. Any sort of negative pressure can dislodge the blood clot. Sucking on a pipe, bong, blunt or joint will definitely bring about negative pressure in your mouth. Also, smoke in general is not good for a healing mouth. That being said, it's definitely possible to smoke pot after an extraction and not get dry socket. Even though the smoke will slow the healing process, marijuana is certainly better than tobacco in this case because it contains no additives or chemicals. It's just up to you if you really want to take that risk. If you DO decide to smoke, you should wait as long as you can. DEFINITELY not during the first couple of days. And when you do, take small hits. Try not to cough, as this can also dislodge the clot. And when you're done, be sure to rinse your mouth with warm(not hot) salt water. But if you REALLY want to avoid dry socket, just don't smoke at all. But I know from personal experience that that's easier said than done.
Hey, it is not smart to drink alcohol for a few days after surgery. The alcohol can thin the blood, thus loosening the clot. If you do choose to drink alcohol, drink liquor WITHOUT any carbonated mixers. Carbonation isn't good for the healing site, so stray away from soda and beer. Honestly, 36 hours after my extraction, I drank two mixed drinks and got wasted off Jello shots (good choice) and I'm fine.
You shouldn't, as it will probably inhibit healing and irritate the socket.
If you have dry socket from having your wisdom teeth removed, you are also probably taking medicines (pain killers and antibiotics, am I right?) which is almost always a bad idea to mix with alcohol.
Play it safe and wait until you've recovered and healed 100%.
Feel better!
Dry liver is a fictional disease used to have an excuse to drink (a lot of) alcohol.
DEFINITELY NOT A DRY SOCKET... YOU WOULD KNOW IF YOU HAD A DRY SOCKET. BASICALLY YOUR SOCKETS ARE JUST CLEAN.
because of the particles in the drink and the die. and the drink will suck the moisture right out of them.

The proportion of alcohol related traffic fatalities is higher in dry than in wet counties. It has been hypothesized that this is because so many people in dry counties drive to wet counties to drink and then drive far to return home. This puts them at greater risk of traffic fatalities than those who can drink nearer to their homes.
Do NOT Drink Rubbing Alcohol It can cause blindness. Rubbing alcohol is "isopropyl" alcohol, not the same chemical as grain alcohol, ("ethyl" alcohol). Don't drink it! Rubbing alcohol is POISONOUS to drink!
There is no reason why you would spit when you drink alcohol. If it bothers you, then stop drinking alcohol.
We do not understand the question. If you mean, "can alcohol be removed from alcoholic beverages," the answer is "sometimes, with some kinds of beverages, but rarely all of it."
It is possible because when you drink, your body becomes very dehydrated. Skin that is dry looks old and worn out.
