That would be a better question for your dentist.
Ordinarily, caffeine can prevent healing of the "socket". You can survive without caffeine. Just stay away from it for about a week. The best? Bite on a warm, moist (not hot) tea bag (NO caffeine) for a couple of days. Why? Because tea has tanic acid and promotes healing of the gum and socket area.
For amalgam( metal) fillings the material is not fully set for ~30minutes after placement hence it is adviced not to drink/ eat or bite to hard for this amount of time that would include coffee i guess! White composite fillings set with the UV light the dentist uses so drinking and eating, including coffee would be permitted as soon as the dentist had finished. White Glass Ionomer fillings again take time to set and absorb water as they set so no it would not be advided to drink coffee or any other substance which can easily stain again for about 30minutes after placement. If the dentist uses anaestetic to numb up the tooth to do the filling you can drink and eat, even coffee, but watch you don't pour it all down your t-shirt or burn yourself.
You should not drink coffee right after teeth are removed. The only thing you should do is swirl salt water in your mouth. I would not drink any hot liquids until all the bleeding has completely stopped and the socket is clotting properly, so there is no chance of getting dry socket. That is very painful.
Your oral surgeon may recommend not having coffee for a period of time after having your tooth pulled. You should follow his or her advice.
It would probably help dull the pain but would definatly be painful to drink with Holes in the back of your mouth so I'd have to give it a thumbs down.
Getting your wisdom teeth removed can be quite painful. You can drink juice after having them removed so long as you don't use a straw.
Yes. Avoid hot tea until the numbness has worn off to avoid burning your mouth.

The cost of having a tooth pulled without insurance will depend upon multiple factors. The dentist of choice, the procedure required, as well as if the individual will be put under or awake are all factors in determining the cost.
