You can drive it, but it will drive off to a side. But you should go get an alignment just in case. it gets worse the more you wait. You may also find that your tires wear out quickly and your fuel consumption increases. I was once at an alignment course years ago, the instructor sent a bunch of us out to bring in a car to align that was a no start. The alignment was way out. It took 6 people to push it into the shop and onto the rack. After the alignment was done it took one person to push it out. This shows the rolling resistance increase when the alignment is out. Somewhat similar to snowplowing while skiing to slow yourself down.
