there will be nothing to prevent the caliper piston from coming out of the body. if that happens you will lose your brake fluid and brake function. you will kill yourself or someone else.
Apply the parking brake.
pull the E brake all the way out and floor it!

Bad wheel bearing? Brake pads worn? Dirt/pebble caught between brake pads and rotor? Bad CV joint?

On wet pavement, e-brake on- dump the clutch(manual)/ power brake (auto) release e-brake once the tires are spinning at a good speed.
More then likely your front brakes are worn, take it in to get it serviced. Needs new brake pads and rotors turned.
They don't wear out that quick I would say near 100000

Most cars have 4 brake pads in the front two per side of the car
get in a front wheel drive car with a few stacks of mcdonalds trays under the rear tires, put on the parking brake and drive around an empty parking lot making lots of turns :P
