The basic answer is no. The bigger thing to worry about is injesting water into the engine. It will thin the oil & cause bearing failure if that happens & it runs for too long. If water gets into the interior, electrical connections will also get wet and once that happens, corrosion can follow over time & cause many weird problems and make you very unhappy. The seats & interior clean so they are not such a big concern unless the water is very smelly. Bottom line is as long as the water is not deep enough to get into these areas, it can go in the water to play. Might be a good idea to change the fluids in the power train more often in case a bad seal lets water into the diffs & transfer case & transmission.
