yes you can drive and do your daily activities.(if there are no side effects present eg , tiredness foggy etc.) give it time to work at least 3 weeks.then either drive or see your doctor for a med change.. always allow strong meds (psychotropics)aka: MAJOR TRANQUILIZERS. TO TAKE EFFECT. THEN MAKE A CONCIOUS CHOICE. FYI: these meds are, even though prescribed. potential for prosecution THEY are in the same cadagory as alcohol as far as a DUI law is concerned. (PRECRIBED OR NOT, our laws need to change) I don't know if you are on abilify or what ever. IF so you KNOW the answer already.& if not make a concious & now educated choice.
You need at least 8 hours sleep after taking Seroquel. I recommend 10-12 hours sleep to be safe.
yes
can you drink coffee and taking seroquel
No you will not.
I've been lifting weights since taking seroquel, it has caused no problems. Since seroquel makes you sleepy its good for helping you sleep after a big workout leaving you feeling refreshed the next day.
I can't say that it *causes* flushing and/or hot flashes. I *can* say that the detailed prescribing information (found on www.seroquel.com by clicking on "SEROQUEL prescribing information"), on page 38 under the Cardiovascular System, notes that vasodilatation is is an infrequent side effect. I am not a doctor or nurse, I am, however, taking Seroquel. I have a problem with flushing, even while not on medication. I don't know if it's just me imagining things, but it seems like the flushing has been exaggerated since taking the Seroquel. I'd also like to know if anyone has noticed flushing, or an increase in flushing, while taking Seroquel. I had really bad hot flashes and chills while taking seroquel. I had a bunch of tests ran on me, the doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong. But 5 days after stopping Seroquel, the hot flashes stopped.
Can taking seroquel help with xanax withdrawal?
in my experience it did not, but Seroquel is notorius for restless leg syndrome or a side affect called Akethesia. Some people get sensitivity to sunlight when they take Seroquel. It makes me burn faster, but I never used a tanning bed so I don't know about that.
Weight Watchers may be a good addition to helping you loose the weight put on from taking Seroquel, but it is unlikely to be as effective as it would be for people not taking the drug. Because Seroquel alters your metabolism, it prevents you from losing weight. Most people have had success loosing weight on Seroquel by taking other medications that aid in weight control/loss. Your best bet is to speak with your doctor.
Is there are risk of a baby to be born with defects if the father is bipolar and taking seroquel which is a psychotic Is there are risk of a baby to be born with defects if the father is bipolar and taking seroquel which is a psychotic
200 mg of seroquel is the same as taking 4 xanax
umm if your taking 1200mg of seroquel and your not passing right out, you might want to switch to some immediate release seroquel, sounds like you are on the XR.
yes, medications disrupt menses...make sure you notify your physician and us birth control because pregnancy also stops menses. Seroquel is not compatible with pregnancy according to the PDR.
