HOW TO MAKE COCOA POWDER DYE
1. You need a bowl,cup, or a container, anything that works for you.
2. get as much conditioner and water you want.
3. add any amount of cocoa powder.
4. mix.
5. soak hair extensions for and hour,two,or 4 hours.
6. wrap in foil.
7. leave in foil for 8 hours or over night for best results.
8. dry then comb when dry
9. REMEMBER COCOA DYE IS ONLY TO BE USED IF YOU WANT BROWN PIGMENTED HAIR.
