Yes you can. However, if you are working on the degrees at the same time, it would be identified as a double major. Upon completion you would be conferred with one diploma, but the transcript would show both majors were completed. If the two degrees were separate, in other words, a BA and a BS, then you would be given two diplomas, one for each category.
