Bake chicken?...Everyday? Well, I wish! You can't really eat baked chicken "everyday" just eat it in moderation. Whether you bake, grill it or fry it it will have some fat on it. So I recommend NOT eating baked chicken "everyday". It just isn't healthy for any human being.
