There's nothing that would make eating eggs at night better than eating eggs in the morning or afternoon.
Enjoy eggs whenever you like. Disregard cholesterol amounts because in healthy individuals it has no effect, because your body makes its own cholesterol. When you eat more it will make less of its own.
No eggs, no rotein should be allowed on a fast. The protein hinders the elimination of toxins, which is what a fast is designed to do. The fight to eliminate toxins while there is (too much) protein in the system can cause, among other discomforting symtoms such as racking headaches, not to mention defeat your purpose of detoxification. I hope this helps. I am not a doctor but read plenty on fasting, and have undergone several myself in my lifetime. I'm 48. I did my first fast when I was about 24 years old which was extremely successful. I lost tons of weight, felt physically lighter, felt brand new, had buckets of energy, lower blood pressure, felt calmer, eyesight clearer and brighter (I'm very shortsighted, -21), sharper mind. Stick to fresh juices, vegetable broths and soups. Remember, anything that consists of chewing, will only encourage your desire for solid foods, so liquids (that enter straight into the bloodstream) are best. To go a step further, I'll recommend (well-informed) enemas, and drinking plenty of clean, filtered water. Also gulp down cold water whenever you feel intense urges to eat. This tempting feeling usually only last the first few days. After that all you will want to consume are fruits and vegetables. The grocery store (honestly) will be your only temptation (as your mind dreams about buying the whole grocery section of the store, juicing all types of unusually juiced fruits and vegetables, and of just juicing all day long, period, with the peace of mind that you feel and look healthier)

With egg dyeing just around the corner, many may be wondering how long hard-boiled eggs can be kept before they spoil. Generally, hard-boiled eggs can last a week in the refrigerator. Even with its natural (but easily cracked) calcium-carbonate container, a hard-cooked egg is a perishable food, so it shouldn't be kept at room temperature for more than two hours. It may last for a shorter period of time if the egg has been peeled.
Two.
