Daphnia, mosquito larvae, and brine shrimp are good choices for bettas.
yes, though flakes are not their favorite or best food. Best to look for something made specifically for bettas.
by feeding it or scaring it, or if you feed it enough it will come up to you when you see it
They will be fine on community flakes or pellets.
don't listen to that guy i don't think he has a brain you feed it fry food or powered fish food TOM!
If you look at the size of a Bettas tiny mouth, and then engage your brain, you will see that frozen snails are not, and could not possibly be, a proper food for Bettas. Bettas are 'insectivors'. There are special foods available for Bettas and a weekly treat of something 'Live" like brine shrimp is good too.
Microworms, vinegar eels, baby brime shrimp, and egg yolk.
I would not feed a betta peas if he is not constipated. They are not really meant to eat peas. But giving to them when they are constipated is a quick fix.
make sure you dont over feed your betta
first separate the males then put a frozen block of brine shrimp inside
Bettas can eat worms, brine shrimp, frozen live food, freeze dried live food, and that's it. DO NOT feed your bettas FLAKES. They will give you a look you will never see again.
Yes you can- but I've fed my male betta flake food and pellet food specifically for bettas.
