Depending on the severity of this third degree burn you will either feel it just as much - if not more so - as with a second degree burn, although in third degree burns you risk nerve-damage, which will make you partially numb to the pain in some areas of the skin.

Either way you will feel the pain of the burn, as the bordering skin will not be as affected by the burn and hence feel the pain of first and second degree burns.
