Yeah, you can.
Basically, in the chat bar type the following:
/goto (name of user)
If you want to find your friend, go to "options" (at the bottom of your screen) and select your friends list. It will come up with all your friends. If you click on the friend you want to find, a box will come up. Click on "goto" and you will be transported there.
If the person you want to find is in your party, then just click on their little stats box (under yours) and select "goto" like before.
However, none of these will work if the person you want to find is offline.
