Everyone goes red when they exercise - you can't really help that because blood rushes to your face. If you take things easier and slower and don't strain yourself as much you'll go red later then normal but I don't think it can be avoided. Something away from exercise - if you tend to get a red flushed face a green-tinted foundation or concealor can help. The cosmetics company MAC does one, but make sure you don't use too much or you'll look like Shrek! Hope this helps!

i have the sam problem, so anoying, it was getting me down, but then i found the awnser, just dont worry about it, if you go red, just relax, this worked for me and i stopped going red after just a few times, give it a go.

Think positive thoughts and breathe slowly. Count to 10 to help yourself relax. If you are red because you are overheating, then go inside where there is air conditioning to cool yourself down, or drink cold water. If you are red because you are blushing, relax and think about something else.

Turning red is a natural thing that happens to people when they become nervous. There is nothing you can really do about it because it is the blood that rushes to your face and is hard to control. thank you its not what i wanted to hear but unfortunatly for me its reality.

Just go outside take a break while on that break take a big breath and talk to yourself I can do it, it okay I fail I can stand up again and I can show other people I can do it! No matter what they say about me just do yourself and that will help I hope it works!

you have to just calm yourself down... breathe... and then just fan yourself for a while and then you will be normal again and not bright red
