Either disconnect the axle halfshafts if you wish to flat tow it, or put it on a trailer. Flat tow it as is, and you'll be replacing a transmission soon.
I will be replacing one on a 2006 Pilot, and I'm not sure if this will work the same, but it requires you to remove the old hardware (if still attached), clip in the bracket on the front of the bumper, and bolt in the two flat, horizontal attachments underneath the bumper.
Recommend you use a dolly under the front wheels. Flat towing this vehicle is NOT recommended.

Can a 2011 Chev Impala be flat towed
Yes. Any car can be flat towed, but some are easier to do this with than others. You should check with the Chevy dealer and get their recommendations on how it should be towed.
Yes, 2004 and up Honda Pilots can be flat towed. According to the Honda website, Honda vehicles that are being towed require "running the engine for 3 minutes at the beginning of the trip and at least every 8 hours thereafter," for automatic transmissions especially, to recirculate the transmission fluid. All details can be found in the specific vehicle's owner's manual under "Recreational Towing."
