Bleach should not be mixed with anything......even pee. I found this out the hard way. So I recomend not doing it unless you want to die!

Not really. Most toilets have plastic and rubber parts that do not get along with bleach. You increase the chances of a leak around the rubber bushings on the attachment bolts. Don't ask me how I know this.

Provided you don't fave a septic tank, there should be no problem. Bleach will kill septic bacteria though--not a good thing.
