No, not as a pilot or in any officer position with just a GED. Flight engineer is an enlisted slot on heavies. There are enlisted flight attendants on Air Force One. Air refuelers, flight system technicians, Radio Operators, Surveillance Operators, etc. Easiest exact answer is to step into a recruiters office and ask to see the enlisted flying AFSCs.
