Motor oil does in fact freeze. Most motor oil never actually reaches the point where it is cold enough to freeze though.

It seems to be very difficult to freeze vegetable oil at all, so yes, milk freezes much faster than oil.
You can freeze clove oil but parts of it may separate. You may need to shake it when it thaws to mix any water content.
