Impossible for permanent growth, it is however possible to gain 20 to 30 pounds of muscle in a month. However if you ate a lot of high calorie dense foods and water you could probably gain 3-5 pounds of fat in a day, although I recommend it. You Gain pink muscle only by working out with your maximum wait limit for a long period of time. Example: Lifting weights for 5 minutes non stop.. a stone=14lbs to lose 7 lbs in a month try running 3 days a week for 30 minutes each or try walking 5 days a week for 1.5 hours briskly. stay away from the sugars eat every 4 hours but just a little food. enough to put into both your hands cupped.... try it... i bet you might lose more depending on what your actual bmi is... if you are over weight then you'll lose more but if your skinny then you may not lose a thing or even gain muscle mass and gain weight.
5 lbs for every inch over 5 ft. for an adult woman. 115 lbs. for 5 ft 3 in is a nice weight. But this varies on your age, muscle mass, etc.
