i always heard that pen ink causes cancer but i do not think it has been clinically proven that this is true.
You won't get skin cancer or ink poisoning just by drawing on yourself with a marker. You're fine. The worst that can happen is a mild allergic reaction that'll make your hand sting for a bit.

Tattoos can cause skin cancer to your body and ink poisoning to your skin ______________________________________________________________ The above given answer could not be any more incorrect. Tattoos do neither of these things.
At least half of your body covered with tatoos, but you cant get it from regular ink from a pen or marker, it is humanly impossible
It forces the ink into your skin.
No.
If you could, most adolescents would have it. According to the NIH (see the link to the right), you would need to ingest more than an ounce of writing ink before it's likely to be a problem. With this data, we can answer this question as a definitive no.
The ink is injected deeper that the layers of skin which are shed.
If it doesn't go deep enough into the skin then the skin could reject the ink or get infected.
Most ink in ballpoint pens is nontoxic however bottled ink may contain carcinogenic solvents such as xylene. Permanent markers often contain industrial solvents such as n-butanol, cresol and diacetone alcohol which can cause damage to DNA, kidneys, liver and brain tissue if they come in contact with the skin and subsequently enter the bloodstream. So yes through extended contact with xylene based inks you could develop cancer.
