Yes, but in order to do it you must unlock the "Arceus episode"! To do this you must get an Arceus and take it to the "Ruins of Alph". Once you have entered the ruins you will get teleported to the Sinjoh ruins! Here you will meet Cynthia from Pokemon diamond/pearl, she will show you a place where can chose to get either Dialga, Palkia or Giratina!
