Then, to get Electabuzz, you'd have to evolve Elekid at Level 30. You can also get Elekid in Pokemon FireRed by catching an Electabuzz in the Power Plant and breeding it with a Ditto at Four Island's Daycare. You could then send these Pokemon to Pokemon Pearl or Diamond via Pal Park.
