∙ 9y agoYou can get the bus from Abu Dhabi to Dubai at the main bus terminal (big green sign) at the crossroads of 11th and 4th Streets.
From Dubai you can catch the Abu Dhabi bound bus either from the bus terminus in Bur Dubai or at the Ibn Battuta Metro Station.
The bus cost is 10 Dirhams and buses leave every 45 minutes starting at 6:30 a.m. It takes approximately 2 hours for the bus to complete the 150 km route with stops on the way.
Some of the buses are equipped with Wi-Fi and all are air conditioned.

∙ 10y agoAs of 20 OCTOBER 2013, the posted sign at Ibn Battuta bus station states that the buses from Ibn Battuta to Abu Dhabi leave from Saturday to Thursday at the following times: 05:00, 05:35, 06:10, 06:45, 07:20, 08:20, 09:20, 10:20, 11:20, 12:20, 13:20, 14:20, 15:20, 15:55, 16:30, 17:05, 17:40, 18:15, 19:15, 20:15, and 21:15. However, on Fridays, it leaves every hour on the hour from 06:00 to 23:00.
In the other direction, from Abu Dhabi to Ibn Battuta, the buses leave from Saturday to Thursday at 06:50, 07:25, 08:00, 08:35, 09:10, 10:10, 11:10, 12:10, 13:10, 14:10, 15:10, 16:10, 17:10, 17:45, 18:20, 18:55, 19:30, 20:05, 21:05, 22:05, and 23:05. However, on Fridays, it leaves every hour at 50 minutes after the hour from 07:50 to 00:50.
The route takes a little more than one hour and there are no stops. Coffee, tea, and snacks are provided on the bus for a fee.
The bus route number is E101.
The cost is 25 AED one way.
The coach stand is just outside Ibn Battuta Metro station.

There are three ways to get there. You can go by your own car which would take approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes. It is a straight drive as you don't enter the busiest part of Dubai. You can also go by taxi-the most expensive-costing between Dh 100-250 depending how far you go into Dubai or beyond to other Emirates. The other way it to go to the main bus terminal in Medinat Zayed Abu Dhabi, take the bus that directly takes you to Ibin Battuta Mall for around DH 25. To return to Abu Dhabi , you can get the bus from the same mall.
