You can, but you won't get hired to drive anything.
If it's your only DUI and it wasn't a felony DUI, yes.
You probably can't get a CDL with one DUI, let alone three. But you need to check with your licensing agency, you may need to just pay extra or wait until the DUIs drop off your record.
You can. Don't be too optimistic expecting anyone to hire you with a driving record like that.
You could get a CDL.. but with a driving record like that, nobody will hire you as a driver.
Yes, but finding someone who'll hire you will present a challenge.
You should try smaller truck companies, be honest for your best chances, but most companies wont hire you until your dui is at least 3 years old and the larger companies generally wont hire you until the dui is 5 years old.
Not as long as the resulting suspension period from your DUI conviction is in effect. If it has passed, and you've reinstated your licence, you can upgrade it to a CDL. If your DUI occurred within the past 10 years, your prospects of finding employment as a CDL driver are slim. If it's been within the past five years, you'd be best advised to pursue another career path, and not waste your money getting a CDL.
depends on the state... and the number of times you've had a dui. could be MASSIVE fines, could be 3 years..

From 2020, it was 2017 3 years ago.
Possible prison term of 6 months to 3 years. The second offense DUI within 5 years is also a felony with the same terms.
Typically in Minnesota, 3 years from incident.
