Watch for the crystal stone located around the middle of the highway under the grass 6 k to thr right and 9 feet in the ground. It will give you infinite health for about 7 minutes. But avoid spikes AT ALL TIMES, even if you have infinite health; because those spikes will eff you up. Once you reach the sands of time don't get any sand in your butt.
