Can you get a replacement battery charger for Spike the dinosaur?

I think it's ridiculous that Fisher-Price/Mattel doesn't sell a replacement charger. So many people are looking for one. I've been on the phone with their customer service department and they can't give me anything more than "it's just not available". I would like to know who to talk to about MAKING it available since there is obviously a high demand. Without the charger, it's a $150 piece of junk.
