yes u can. i take a 2500 mg dose twice a day starting four days b4 my next d test. i use fast acting niacine too. i actually love the buring feeling now, and believe it or not, but niacine is actually a vitamin that will help u lose weight and stay healthy. its cleans out the crap in ur body. i actually find my self taking niacine even when i kno i wont have a drug test for a while.
