No, almost certainly not. If you have a break in the skin of your mouth or lips and you get "fresh" (infected) blood on that break, there is a slim possibility that you will become infected. The virus that causes AIDS cannot survive for long outside the body. There are standard precautions that should be observed when working around or being exposed to biological materials. Anyone with any sense will become informed and make preparations according to his exposure profile. At the minimum, all of us need to do some basic homework to protect ourselves in public.

NO AID/HIV is not going to spead trough AIR, it is not air bone. So as long as he the boold wont come in contact with the your blood steam you are safe..
