-Cassandra Flores I go to St. John the Baptist I agree with the first answer, but there are supplements you can take like creatine, which makes the muscles fuller.L-arginine which helps blood flow in your body.L-glutamine which helps your muscles and body recover.Ammino acids are the building block for protein, and take a multivitamin everyday. And you also have to remember that bodybuilders eat a 6 to 10 meals a day.Like lean beef, lean chicken, lean turkey, white and brown rice, etc.sleep is another concern, get 8 hours are more everyday, eat every 2 to 3 hours. And as far as the gym goes give it 110% everyday, workout 4 to 6 days a week, and change your workout routines every 3 to 4 weeks.-good luck!

Large and Strong, yes, but Big.....Probably not. It is, however, possible depending on your genes. Check your Family History!

This is untrue, it is shown that you can grow without the use of manufactured protein drinks, but your diet needs to be perfect, same deal if you are using protein.

It is best to substitute shakes with meats such as tuna/chicken/turkey, as these meats are generally considered to be high in protein whilst having low calories from fat.

Red meats are also a good source of raw protein but come with a higher calorie count due to the fat that is associated with red meat.

Also remember not to overcook the meat as proteins and enzymes start to break down once you cook things too much.
