∙ 12y agoYou can get cancer phone putting a cell phone in our pocket too long, and you can also get cancer from holding it close to your that's why when i call anybody i put them on speaker.

It has been studied and is said that it can only raise the risk of you gettinc cancer if you are on the phone with it against your ear for long periods of time each day.

It doesn't, it's all a myth. Trying to scare people from using mobile phones, and start writing letters to each other again.
I have been studying this in science and all evidence so far points to - Not if you are sensible (the whole "ALARA" princible)
Yes and no. It is a theory that the waves sent off the phone cause cancer but to my recent research it hasn't been proven in any way I don't think. Hope this helps!!!
According to the USDA, the amount of microwaves given off during a cell phone call are not enough to cause any detrimental effects to your health.

It can cause cancer in your brain because the microwaves emitted by the phone can heat up the water inside your brain and this heating effect can cause cell damage in the brain and can cause cancer in the brain.
