In general, the answer is yes, it is possible. The Ohio Revised Code ORC 2923.125 (Section D) states that those with ANY felony conviction are automatically disqualified from being able to get a concealed carry permit. In Ohio DUIs are generally first degree misdemeanors. However, there may be aggravating circumstances that could elevate DUI conviction to felony status. Anyone with 3 or more DUI convictions within 6 years is automatically guilty of a 4th degree felony.
However, if the DUI conviction is sealed by the court, the sheriff cannot look at that conviction when processing your application.

I'm not sure but i believe you can since it is a misdemeanor charge
you have to be 15 and a half to get your permit in Ohio
You can carry a concealed weapon in most every state. Wisconsin and Illinois (and D.C.) don't issue permits, but you can carry a handgun in any other state if you have a handgun permit valid in that state. For more information, see the related link.
It doesn't matter. Even if the state has a liberal enough "shall issue" legislation that a convicted felon can obtain a CCW, as a convicted felon you may not purchases, possess, or have access to firearms under federal law. Ipso facto, you could potentially have a concealed carry permit, but you would not be permitted to have a gun.
Realizing that there is a difference between simply 'owning' one and the 'carrying' of it, providing that the handgun itself is legal (e.g.: conforms to FFL regulations and the serial numbers are intact), there is no law that requires the total registration of all handguns. However, as a matter of law the legal description of "possession" is open to varying interpretation depending on the statutes of the jurisdiction involved.
You cannot drive alone with a learner's permit in any state. Period.
Yes. Pennsylvania is one of the states which does not recognise an out-of-state learner's permit.
On this matter, you are best advised not entrust your freedom and status as a citizen with a clean criminal record to a website like this one. The ONLY source of information you should be consulting on this matter is the Ohio State Police. Send them an email with your question. When they reply, print out their response and carry it with you at all times while you're in the state of Ohio. Answers.com does not and cannot guarantee the accuracy of any answer submitted on this site, and in instances where following the advice given by an incorrect answer can lead to substantial fines or jail time, you really need to turn to an official source on such matters.
This would depend on the state you are in. I live in Ohio, and here, the answer is yes.
well that is a simple, obvious question.... in Ohio of course. now if you are visiting a different state then im almost positive it will be an exception or if you just moved then they will give you time to get your permit transferred over to whatever state you are living in. but other than that you can drive in Ohio.
If you only have an Illinois Learner's Permit, NO, you are not allowed to drive out of state. An Illinois Leasrner's Permit is only valid in Illinois.
