There is one condition that is attributed more to just weather alone, and that is called seasonal affective disorder (SAD); it's a mood disorder that is associated with depression and related to seasonal variations in the amount of daylight. The less daylight, the more a person tends to get the symptoms associated with SAD such as; depression, lethargy, sleep disturbances, changes in appetite, anxiety and irritability.
