Oscar Wilson.com bought all the parts for the Murray snowblower. Contact them and give them your model number and serial number of your snowblower and if they have any left they will take care of you.
You'll need the snowblower, the mule drive for the snowblower, and the belt off of your mower deck. The blower attaches where the mower deck mule drive snaps in with the two spring pins. The mule attaches to the bottom of the blower and back to the deck height adjustment hookup. Run the belt from your PTO, through your idler pulleys on the mule, then round the drive puller on the blower. Tension the belt and you're off. Case tractors are beautifully simple.

It depends on the snowblower, belt type and what you arer trying to achieve by making the change. The replacement pulley(s) will have to be the same shaft id as the original to start. Next make sure that there is room inside the snowblower for the new pulley. Thirdly the belt may have to change depending on the pulley size that you choose. There are many different pulley types and sizes available. Be aware of the changes that are made because they can decrease the snow throwing ability and also affect the drive speed and vice versa.
May possibly be a loose missing or worn belt.

Got a toro 521 wont blow snow after 2 feet whats up
Tighten it or replace it.
put the belt on the bottom pully then on the top engine shaft then put both parts of the belt under the belt tension then the belt tensioner should be on the top of both part (strips) of the belt.
Your belt is the first thing I would check. If your belt is ok then start checking shear pins and bolts. If they are all ok adjust your belt tightener.
