no if u eat fruit and vegetables its obiviously good for you but if u don't do any training then you'll probably stay the same weight.but u can get fat if all u eat is fruit and veg and u just sit on yr sofa all day with no training. and become a slob, u need a good attitude,good eating/diet,and a weekly training to loose weight and become fit
