I'm not exactly sure what you mean by 'get file out of a converter'. So, I am going to assume you have used a converter to convert a file to another format and are wondering how to remove the newly converted version out of the convert itself.
This is not necessary though. Prior to converting a file, you must designate an "Output Path" which is the place to store files following conversion. Open your converter program and check the Output Path. If it is not storing the files in an area you want, use the Browse feature to locate the new Output Path and click apply. Now the files will be stored in this area following conversion.
Once a file has be converted and stored where you want it, you can safely use the Delete File(s) feature in the program to remove it from the conversion pane.
