If you are at a party where there is underage drinking, even though you are not drinking yourself, if caught you will be included with the rest. The best way not to get in trouble in this situation, is to stay away from the party. I know this may be difficult for a number of reasons, but think of the consequences if you fall with the rest who are drinking. It's just not worth it. Staying out of trouble just means, doing the right thing, at the right time, for the right reasons.
