Yes you can. And go to the doctors for medicine. All jock itch is is a yeast infection for a boy so if he has one and you go down there it is. Just like genital herpes and cold sores if you have a cold sore and go down there it turns into genital herpes and you have it for the rest of you life. So go to the docs and get antibiotics before it gets worse *** Jock itch is NOT a yeast infection! It is a fungal infection, just like the condition of athlete's foot. You can get it simply by wearing sweaty, or unwashed underwear or athletic gear. And just like athlete's foot, it can be treated with topical ointments or powders. However you should hold off on oral sex until the jock itch has cleared up. While yeast is a fungus, it is completely different from the fungus that causes jock itch and athlete's foot, and it is a more serious problem. The yeast actually originates in the digestive tract, but can easily spread from the anus to the vagina - especially if a woman does not regulary change her underwear. No sexual contact is required for a woman to get a vaginal yeast infection. She can get it from herself. However yeast infections can be spread sexually as well. Yeast do not affect men as they do women, because they require a warm dark place to really thrive, and the penis is just too exposed to become a breeding ground for them. However yeast can survive for some time on the penis before they die off. And so a man can spread the infection from one woman to another if he does not use condoms. A unprotected penis can pick up yeast from ANY anus (female or male) or any infected vagina, and then pass them on to an uninfected vagina or to a mouth. That's why it's important to wear condoms during any anal or vaginal intercourse. And even if you are having sex with just one woman, you should always change condoms if you are changing between anal and vaginal sex

Chlamydia is transmitted through sexual contact with the penis, vagina, mouth, or anus of an infected partner. Ejaculation does not have to occur for chlamydia to be transmitted or acquired. Many people consider mouth and throat as the same thing.

Chlamydia can't infect your mouth, but chlamydia can live in the throat. It also can be transmitted during oral sex. Always use protection in sexual activities.
